Mold and Tooling Designer (M/F)

Our agency Adéquat is recruiting for its client, a recognized industrial player in its sector, a Tooling Project Manager / New Mold Industrialization Manager (M/F).

Reporting to the Methods and Industrialization Manager, you are responsible for managing the industrialization of new molds, prototypes, and tooling modifications, from the quotation phase to production launch.

Your missions will be:

• Manage tooling projects: definition, realization, testing, and production launch of new molds and prototypes, while respecting costs, deadlines, and customer requirements.
• Manage suppliers and mold makers: consultations, supplier selection, monitoring of realizations, and coordination of various stakeholders.
• Prepare tooling quotations and guarantee the best compromise between cost / performance / deadline.
• Coordinate mold testing and fine-tuning with the Methods, Injection teams, and suppliers.
• Monitor tooling performance and costs and analyze deviations from the objectives defined in the quotation.
• Drive productivity actions and validate mold modifications necessary for performance improvement.
• Evolve tooling standards and specifications.

Your profile:

• From higher education in mechanics, tooling design, plastics engineering, or equivalent (engineering school or technical training)
• Proficiency in English
