Your future missions:
Reporting to the Sales Administration department, you will operate within a complete scope of order management and customer relations:
- Receive and analyze the compliance of customer orders, including export control aspects
- Record and process customer orders
- Prepare customer quotes
- Negotiate and obtain compliance of orders and the order book with customers, in order to guarantee the achievement of company objectives (KPI, OTD) and respect for contractual commitments
- Manage the order book and ensure follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor, analyze, and update the performance indicators of your scope, and handle discrepancies
- Manage disputes (commercial, transport, documentary) as well as unpaid invoices
- Respond to customer requests on all subjects within your scope
- Prepare and participate in meetings related to customer programs
- Create and maintain customer files
The Adéquat Profile:
- Education: Bac +2 / Bac +3 maximum (type BTS, DUT, Licence)
- Confirmed experience in a similar Sales Administration position
- Fluent / professional English (level ++ indispensable)
- Rigor, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work with multiple interlocutors
