Expert in planning, preparation and conduct of operations (M/F)

Adéquat Aéro Blagnac is recruiting for the AIRBUS group a Flight Operations Engineer (M/F).

Position to be filled as a long-term temporary mission.

Your role:

Technical and operational support: translating technical data into procedures for crews.

Performance optimization: calculating and analyzing trajectories, fuel consumption, and takeoff mass limits.

Onboard documentation: writing, updating, and certifying flight manuals essential to pilots (MEL, FCOM).

Safety and regulation: ensuring that every flight scrupulously respects international safety standards (EASA, FAA).

Flight data analysis: studying post-flight parameters to improve energy efficiency and fleet safety.

Your profile:

Holder of a BAC +5 degree, you have a minimum of 3 years of required experience in the aeronautical sector.

Technical knowledge of aircraft systems

Experience in document management (a big +)

Mastery of English is mandatory - French is a big plus.

You are customer-oriented and have a solid understanding of the client's activities.

You are able to anticipate and/or react in a demanding environment

You are known for your assertiveness, your reactivity, and you demonstrate great autonomy and adaptability.

Team spirit oriented, you are available, flexible, and can adapt to unforeseen circumstances.

You master Google software (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs) and/or MS Office and you have an advanced level of English.

Other information: mission location Blagnac - Remote work possible under certain conditions.

Remuneration and benefits:

• Fixed hourly rate + 10% end of mission + 10% paid leave
• Salary starting from 40K€ + 8.33% bonus
• Collective and/or individual bonuses + profit sharing + CET 5%
