TECHNICIAN PLANNER

You will be working in modern and pleasant offices in Mechelen; they are looking for a PLANNER.

Your package of tasks as a PLANNER:

• As a planner, you are an important link between the planning, the installation teams, and the various projects.
• Creating the weekly and daily planning for the installation teams
• Reviewing the planning daily with the technicians and informing them correctly
• Organizing the necessary permits and signage
• Requesting and following up on high-altitude workers
• Assisting with the follow-up of payments for projects that require prepayment
• Maintaining contact with the various involved parties
• Actively thinking along about more efficient planning and better organization of the installation service
• Switching quickly where necessary when the planning changes unexpectedly

• You are a true team player, but can also work independently
• You have strong communication skills and work accurately
• You have a good knowledge of French and possess a basic knowledge of English
• You are proficient with the computer and have experience with various software programs
• You are eager to learn and are open to learning new systems and ways of working
• You are stress-resistant and can respond quickly to changes in the planning
• Initial experience within planning, administration, or a technical environment is a plus
