Automation Product Engineer (M/F)

I am recruiting for an Automation Product Engineer (M/F) profile.

Missions:

Your missions:

You represent our client in the South-West sector, specifically regarding automation products.

You are in direct contact with regional clients and, more particularly, you are in charge of sales development in support with the sales engineers for our products in the South-West region; you ensure their follow-up in relation to the objectives set by the Commercial Direction, with a constant concern for progress and customer satisfaction.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Gather information on markets, construction sites, and any project where our products are likely to be integrated
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients
• Regularly visit clients to gather their expectations and present solutions
• Guide clients in product choice, provide or arrange for the client to receive documentation and samples
• Prepare corresponding quotes
• Develop and propose technological choices and hardware/software developments/configurations to the client
• Present studies and developments to clients
• Respond to the client regarding specific problems or put the client in contact with the collaborator most suited to answer them
• Fill in and maintain the CRM software
• Participation in local exhibitions where our client is present
• Hosting or participating in animations at distributors and other "large" clients

Frequent travel is to be expected throughout the South-West territory.

Profile:

Your assets for success:

• Holder of a higher education degree (master's) in automation, mechatronics, industrial computing
• Successful experience in a similar position of at least 2 years
• Proficiency in SAP CRM would be a plus
• Professional English is imperative (communication with our parent company)
• Empathic and calm, diplomatic, gifted with listening skills and able to demonstrate assertiveness
