We are looking for a motivated and rigorous breakfast waiter to join our client's team in the Vosne-Romanée 21700 area.

Working time: 30h or 35h per week Work schedule: Only 4 working days per week

YOUR MISSIONS:

• ENSURE THE SETTING UP OF THE BUFFET AND THE PREPARATION OF THE BREAKFAST ROOM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT'S 4-STAR STANDARDS.
• WARMELY WELCOME INTERNATIONAL CLIENTELE AND ACCOMPANY THEM THROUGHOUT THE SERVICE (TAKING HOT DRINK ORDERS, PRESENTING THE OFFER).
• PERFORM REGULAR REPLENISHMENT OF THE BUFFET AND ENSURE THE PERFECT PRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS.
• CLEAR TABLES, ENSURE THE CLEANING OF THE ROOM AND THE WASHING OF SERVICE EQUIPMENT.
• SCRUPULOUSLY RESPECT HYGIENE AND FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS.

Profile:

• Significant and successful experience in a similar position within a 4 or 5-star establishment.
• Excellent presentation, attention to detail, discretion, and courtesy are essential.
• Proficiency in professional English to interact with our international clientele.
• Rigor, punctuality, and the ability to work autonomously from the early morning hours.

Remuneration and benefits:

• Fixed hourly rate + 10% end-of-mission bonus + 10% paid leave
• CET 5%
• Weekly pay advance if needed,
