AR Staff

AR Staff – Head Office (Jakarta Selatan)

Requirements:

1. S1 Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus)
2. 3+years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, and reporting within a Finance Accounting function
3. Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Macros); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL preferred
4. Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and tax concepts
5. Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume transactions and complex billing structure
6. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, BD, and Clients) to resolve billing and payment issues
7. Ability to lead or mentor Admin Site and support process improvement initiatives
8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
9. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an advantage
10. Experience in financial close processes and performance reporting cycles
11. Familiarity with tax reporting tools (e.g., OneSource, Vertex) is a plus
12. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
