Sales Support Representative We're recruiting a Sales Support Representative to join the UK team of a leading international business specialising in technical products and solutions.

Your tasks

This is a varied role combining sales administration, quotation preparation, customer service and order management. You'll work closely with customers, external sales representatives and internal technical teams to ensure enquiries and orders are handled efficiently.

• Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide updates on orders and deliveries.
• Support external sales representatives and technical teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to develop customer accounts and promote additional products.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements

Experience in sales support, internal sales or commercial administration within engineering, manufacturing, construction or a similar B2B environment would be beneficial.

• Experience in sales administration, internal sales or customer support.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work as part of a team.

What we offer

• Salary of £26,000-£30,000
• Discretionary bonus of up to 10%, based on group and personal targets.
• Company pension contribution of 3%.
• Death-in-service benefit of four times annual salary.

• 33 days' annual leave, including bank holidays, with three days allocated to the Christmas closure.
