Insolvency Manager

Liverpool | £35,000-£45,000 DOE | 30 Days' Holiday | Study Support Are you an experienced insolvency professional looking for more varied and interesting corporate casework? We're recruiting an Insolvency Manager to join a well-established Liverpool team. You'll manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure, including assignments involving large owner-managed businesses and corporate clients. With no bank-panel work, this is an opportunity to gain broader exposure, take greater ownership of your cases and continue developing within a supportive team. The Role As Insolvency Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases

Handling cases from initial appointment through to closure

Preparing statutory reports and case documentation

Liaising with company directors, creditors and professional advisers

Conducting investigations and ensuring statutory deadlines are met

Supporting senior colleagues with larger and more complex assignments

Reviewing work and supporting the development of junior team members

Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For You'll need: Previous experience managing corporate insolvency cases

Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures and statutory requirements

Excellent organisation and case-management skills

Confidence communicating with directors, creditors and professional advisers

The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

CPI qualification, current CPI studies or an interest in beginning the qualification
