Trimming Assembly Operator
Based in Coventry Monday to Thursday: 7:30am till 4:30pm EARLY FINISH Fridays: 7:30am till 12:00pm (39 hours per week) £12.71 per hour Temporary to permanent opportunity
In this role, you'll be assembling and trimming high-quality interior components, working to precise standards where attention to detail and pride in your finish really matter.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assembly and trimming of automotive interior components
- Working with leather, vinyl, fabric, foam, and other interior materials
- Hand and machine assembly of trim parts to specification
- Following build instructions, drawings, and work standards
- Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure a premium finish
- Using hand tools and small machinery safely and effectively
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in automotive interior assembly or trimming is essential (If you do not have this, you will not be contacted)
- Experience working to high quality standards in a manufacturing environment
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work to precise specifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
