Adecco Tech & Ingénierie is looking for an Immunoassay Laboratory Technician (m/f) for a permanent position (CDI).
Our client: a GLP-certified laboratory specializing in the development and validation of analytical methods and drug quantification, located in Saint-Benoît near Poitiers (86).
Your tasks
As a key member of our Immunoassay department, you will play a crucial role in performing various immunoassay techniques and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory results.
Your main responsibilities will be to rigorously prepare and test calibration solutions, spiked samples (quality controls - QC), and biological samples for studies.
- accurately perform assays in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- master and apply common and specialized immunoassay techniques, including ELISA, MSD, and ELLA
- maintain a detailed laboratory notebook in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards
- process raw data, perform initial processing, create graphs, and perform compliance checks
- transmit processed results to the study manager for final review and validation
- manage auxiliary tasks such as consumable inventory, workstation cleaning, and waste management
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth laboratory operation and maintain a high level of work.
Requirements
Profile Description With a Bac+2/3 level education such as BTS, BUT, or Professional License in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioanalysis, Biological Analysis, or equivalent, you possess initial experience with immunoassay techniques, particularly ELISA, MSD, and ELLA.
