Your tasks
As part of its development, our client is recruiting a Mobile After-Sales Service Technician (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).
After a training period at the headquarters located in Haute-Savoie, you will intervene with an industrial clientele throughout the national territory.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for
- Ensuring the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment related to machine tools
- Carrying out preventive and curative maintenance operations at customer sites
- Supporting and advising users on the operation and maintenance of equipment
- Writing intervention reports and ensuring the administrative follow-up of completed operations
- Performing fault diagnosis and proposing suitable technical solutions
- Participating in technical hotline activities (assistance, advice, and recommendations)
- Managing requests for spare parts necessary for interventions
- Occasionally intervening in the workshop for equipment refurbishment and the installation of options
- Participating in professional trade fairs and, depending on your experience, supporting the training of new employees.
Requirements
Your profile
- Technical training at a minimum of Bac level in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, mechanics, or equivalent
- Solid skills in mechanics
- Good knowledge of electricity and industrial computing
- Ease in reading technical documentation in English
- Experience in the machine tool or industrial equipment sector is a real asset
- Customer service orientation, autonomy, and analytical skills
- Team spirit, rigor, and organizational skills
- Driving license (Permis B) indispensable.
What we offer
- CDI (Permanent contract)
- Gross annual remuneration of approximately €39k (based on a 13th month) depending on profile and experience + company vehicle + travel card (for professional expenses) + Computer + Phone + Mutual insurance (70% for the company / 30% for the employee)
- Regular travel throughout France with overnight stays for several days
- Training and integration provided at the company headquarters in Haute-Savoie upon taking office.
