Quality Supervisor - Metallurgical Sector / Bilingual

A Quality Supervisor is sought to join our work team. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and guaranteeing the quality of products throughout the entire production process. Your role will involve the administration and analysis of quality control, ensuring that all quality standards, including IATF and ISO 14000, are met and continuously improved. We need someone with solid experience in the management of production processes and with deep knowledge of quality standards. Your ability to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions will be crucial to maintaining and elevating our quality standards. Additionally, you must collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure operational efficiency. Minimum requirements include relevant training in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields, intermediate - advanced English, and proven experience in similar roles. You must have a deep understanding of IATF and ISO 14000 regulations and be able to apply these standards within the production context. This position is on-site and requires a person committed to quality excellence and with a proactive attitude to face the challenges of the productive environment. • Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience
