Supply Chain Supervisor (m/f) (M/F)

Join a recognized industrial company and contribute to the performance of its Supply Chain! Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the management of the entire supply chain, from purchasing to customer delivery, including planning, stock management, and logistics. A true key player in operational performance, you will guarantee product availability, stock optimization, and compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives. Your main missions

Supply Chain Management

• Supervise all Supply Chain and logistics operations.
• Ensure order planning and flow balancing.
• Develop demand and supply forecasts.
• Define and deploy procurement strategies for group subsidiaries and external suppliers.
• Supervise transport, logistics, and customs operations.
• Implement, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPI).
• Lead continuous improvement and process digitalization projects.

Stock Management

• Guarantee stock reliability and optimization.
• Organize and supervise inventories.
• Reduce shortages, overstocks, and obsolescence risks.
• Analyze valuations and monthly stock reports.
• Define and implement corrective and optimization actions.

Project Management

• Conduct projects related to Supply Chain performance and stock optimization.
• Participate in certain general site projects (tenders, costing, services).
• Ensure the monitoring and renegotiation of contracts within your scope.

Team Management

• Supervise and support a Supply Chain team.
• Lead team meetings and foster cohesion.
• Develop employee skills.
• Participate in recruitment and conduct annual and professional interviews.

Training and experience

• Significant experience in Supply Chain, logistics, purchasing, or stock management.
• First successful experience in team management.

Technical skills

• Good mastery of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
• Knowledge of purchasing, stock management, and negotiation techniques.
• Mastery of an ERP (SAP would be an asset).
• Excellent mastery of Pack Office.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Sensitivity to Lean Management and 5S approaches.
• Operational professional English.
