Job Objective

You will be responsible for the operational management of inventory and store replenishment, ensuring product availability, logistical efficiency, and compliance with the brand's operational standards. Additionally, you will provide support on the sales floor when operations require it, offering quality service to customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Administer and control the store inventory.
• Receive, arrange, and replenish merchandise.
• Guarantee correct product rotation and availability.
• Maintain the warehouse orderly and in accordance with established standards.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Support on the sales floor when necessary, providing excellent customer service.
• Comply with operational processes and company guidelines.

Profile

• High school completed (Ongoing or incomplete Bachelor's degree desirable).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Basic English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Excellent service attitude and results orientation.
