Adecco Recrutement CDD/CDI is looking for an R&D Project Manager (M/F) for its client, an industrial company specializing in the manufacture of food products;
Your tasks
Do you want to participate in the development of new products, work on recipe formulation, and support their transition from the laboratory to industrial production? Join an environment where innovation, technical expertise, and project coordination are at the heart of your daily life.
Reporting to the Site Management, you are the technical referent for the R&D laboratory. You manage development projects and the improvement of seasoning, sauce, and noodle recipes intended for French and European markets.
In this capacity, your main responsibilities will be to develop new recipes and adapt formulations to market and customer expectations.
- Optimize products in terms of taste, cost, stability, and industrial feasibility.
- Design prototypes and samples, organize sensory tests, and analyze results.
- Supervise the industrialization of recipes, coordinate trials, and support the first production launches.
- Select and test new ingredients in collaboration with suppliers.
- Participate in the development and optimization of packaging.
- Write and update technical data sheets, manufacturing sheets, and product specifications.
- Ensure the monitoring of costs, schedules, and R&D project priorities.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, Marketing, and Purchasing departments, as well as technical partners.
- Contribute to regulatory monitoring, HACCP procedures, and product innovation.
You will also be required to work with Korean teams as part of the development of new recipes and new products.
Requirements
You hold a Bac+5 in agri-food engineering or a specialized Master's degree in R&D, formulation, or food product development.
Ideally, you have initial experience in agri-food R&D, product development, or industrialization, acquired after an apprenticeship.
You master formulation techniques and are familiar with industrial manufacturing and preservation processes for food products. You also possess knowledge of European food regulations, labeling, and food safety (HACCP).
Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive, you enjoy managing several projects simultaneously and working with various stakeholders. Your curiosity, analytical skills, and sense of innovation will be true assets.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
