Supplier Quality Manager (m/f) (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting firm, is looking for its client, a recognized player in the agri-food industry, for a Supplier Quality Manager M/F in a permanent contract (CDI), based in Tarn et Garonne (82).

Reporting to the Quality Director, you will lead supplier quality and manage a dedicated team. You will intervene across the entire process, from supplier approval and registration to performance monitoring and the handling of non-conformities.

Your main missions

Management and activity steering

• Manage and support your team on a daily basis.
• Guarantee the application of the supplier registration and monitoring process.
• Lead incoming inspections, risk analyses, and surveillance plans.
• Ensure the follow-up of deviations resulting from audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.
• Conduct regulatory monitoring and support the development of the team's skills.

Supplier performance steering

• Monitor and analyze supplier Quality performance indicators.
• Identify critical suppliers and lead the associated audit processes.
• Participate in evaluations and performance reviews of strategic and critical suppliers.
• Supervise the handling of supplier non-conformities, by challenging root cause analyses and corrective action plans.
• Ensure the effectiveness and closure of actions within the specified deadlines.

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Agri-food, or an Engineering School, you have approximately 7 years of experience in Quality, ideally in an industrial environment with a strong supplier dimension.

You master the main Quality tools and methods: audits, HACCP, traceability, risk analysis, and documentary review. You have experience in team management and are able to lead an activity, support your collaborators, and evolve practices. Professional English is essential, both written and spoken.
