Energy and Utilities Maintenance Manager (M/F)

Job Description:Adecco Tech&Ingénierie is supporting BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM, a major international player in the pharmaceutical sector, in the recruitment of an Energy Maintenance Manager Grand Lyon (M/F) for a CDI, for its production site located in Saint Priest (69).This new position aims to ensure the energy optimization, availability, and sustainability of installations involving energy use or production, in order to meet operational needs, improve reliability, optimize expenditures, and contribute to achieving performance objectives, while respecting HSE and Quality Assurance requirements.Your main responsibilitiesEnergy & performance***Monitor and analyze consumption (electricity, gas, water)* Identify optimization levers and drive savings actions* Lead the ISO 50001 approach* Act as the energy referent for several sites (Saint-Priest, Lentilly, Jonage)Maintenance & operations***Ensure the availability and reliability of utilities (electricity, water, air, cold)* Manage preventive and corrective maintenance and subcontracting contracts* Optimize costs, lead times, and equipment performance* Use SAP for intervention planningProjects & continuous improvement***Contribute to engineering projects (design, monitoring, acceptance)* Propose technical and energy improvements* Participate in the site's maintenance strategyManagement***Supervise a team of technicians and energy coordinators* Drive performance, develop skills and engagement* Lead multi-site transverse coordinationCompliance & safety***Guarantee regulatory compliance (HSE, pharmaceutical)* Participate in audits and inspections* Deploy the safety and quality cultureProfile Description:Your profile***Engineering degree (energy, mechanical, electrical or equivalent)* Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance/utilities (ideally pharmaceutical or industrial)* Strong technical skills (energy, HVAC, electricity, utilities)* Fluent English* Leadership, analytical skills, and ability to drive changeConditions***CDI - executive status (forfait jours)* Remuneration based on profile over 14 months + bonus + profit sharing/participation* RTT + paid leave* Company restaurant, transport allowance* Occasional travel in France and internationally
