HR Development Manager (m/f) (M/F)
LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert, executive, and manager evaluation firm, is searching for its client, an HR Development Manager M/F based in Viry Chatillon 91 as part of a 1-month renewable temporary mission.
Main Missions. Recruitment & Attractiveness. - Build the recruitment strategy adapted to the group's challenges and professions
- Professionalize and formalize processes: templates, interview guides, evaluation tools, dashboards
- Directly manage key recruitments: gathering needs, choosing channels, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and finalizing hires
- Support managers in defining profiles and in the selection process
- Develop external partnerships (schools, professional branches, local actors)
- Define and monitor KPIs: recruitment time, conversion rate, integration quality, cost, manager satisfaction
Training & Skills Development. - Gather and analyze training needs from managers and operational teams
- Participate in the choice of external providers and manage the implementation of actions: logistics, invoicing, OPCO setup, annual reviews
- Measure the effectiveness of training actions and their impact on skills development
- Implement management tools: training catalog, dashboards, evaluation systems, SIRH
Career & Performance Management. - Manage and lead annual and professional interview campaigns
- Support managers in the HR management of their teams (evolution, skills)
- Identify potential and support employees in their professional evolution
Structuring and Managing HR Processes. - Harmonize and formalize HR processes (recruitment, training, mobility, annual interviews) in coherence with group standards
- Guarantee regulatory compliance (professional interviews, training, legal obligations, social indicators)
- Design and monitor HR dashboards: recruitment, training, mobility, interview completion, turnover, critical skills
- Actively contribute to the development of the FCC Group's HR culture in France through a continuous improvement approach
Profile sought:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent
- Proven experience (more than 10 years), including 3 to 5 years in a similar scope including operational recruitment, training, career management, and managing interview campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal skills, field sense, leadership, and ability to structure
- High autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and results orientation
- Mastery of HR tools and SIRH, as well as the training ecosystem (OPCO, engineering, financing)
- Professional English; Spanish is a plus for interactions with the group
Salary: 55 to 65 K€ gross annual Contract: 1-month renewable temporary mission
