About the company

Our Adecco Recruitment firm is looking for a Shipping & Sales Administration Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) for its client, a recognized and rapidly growing industrial player.

Your tasks

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will ensure the coordination of shipping activities as well as the administrative follow-up of sales, while guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction. You will supervise a team consisting of two forklift operators and actively participate in the optimization of the company's logistical flows.

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Organize and supervise all shipping operations in France and internationally
• Manage goods flows, transport requests, and delivery tracking
• Supervise and support a team of two forklift operators on a daily basis
• Ensure the proper preparation of shipments and compliance with customer requirements
• Ensure the follow-up of transport documents and customs formalities
• Create and update customer accounts, contracts, and rates in the ERP
• Record and track customer orders
• Manage invoicing, credit notes, and the administrative follow-up of files
• Monitor delivery performance and analyze any discrepancies
• Implement and monitor necessary corrective actions
• Act as the interface between customers, carriers, and various company departments
• Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics and ADV processes

Requirements

With a minimum of a Bac +2 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Sales Administration

• Successful experience in an industrial environment
• Operational English allowing you to communicate with international interlocutors
• Proficiency in IT tools and an ERP is desired

• Remuneration between €30,000 and €33,600 gross annual depending on profile and experience
