Project Manager M/F

Adecco is recruiting for one of its industrial clients, a Project Manager M/F for the site part in Villeurbanne:

Guarantee the proper execution of site activities until the entry into the warranty phase, respecting the contractual framework and the cost/quality/deadlines defined by the project.

Prepare the site before startup:

Clarify all site subjects with the Client (anticipation, technical clarifications, organization, FAQ011, .) Create the site schedule in accordance with the assembly ranges and project constraints Define the necessary resources (human and material means) Inform resource managers of the planning and keep them informed of changes (Work Order) Initiate the transport of tools and ensure follow-up until return to the factory or site-to-site transfer Prepare and lead the site kick-off meeting with the final client (Kick of) and internal clients

Ensure site follow-up:

Exchange with the client on project progress Alert the client of any EHS/Cost/Deadline deviations after obtaining validation from the Project Manager Update the site schedules and, in case of deviation, define the necessary action plan to meet milestones, implement it, and monitor its progress Optimize and validate expenses, identify cost deviations Create and manage resource mobilization requests Plan demobilizations at the end of the site and/or in case of major contingencies Support site assistance in resolving complex contingencies Initiate the transport of material replenishments Support the Project Manager in the realization of site claims Ensure the receipt of necessary documents during the site in accordance with the current procedure and verify their content (FAQ211/STA/DRC/.) May be required to travel to the site if necessary.

The position is offered in Villeurbanne but can also be held at the Aix-Les-Bains site depending on the applications for the job offer.

4-month temporary mission (renewable) Position based in Villeurbanne (69100) Annual salary: Remuneration according to profile + 13th month bonus + temporary agency allowances 35 hours over 5 days Day shifts

• Engineering degree / BAC +5 or 10 years of operational site experience
• Language: Professional spoken & written English - Spanish/German would be a plus
• Project management skills
