Pay increase to £17.00 per hour once trained and signed off on all required skillsets

£35,000+ annual earning potential based on standard hours at the higher rate

Overtime opportunities with the potential to boost earnings to £40,000+

12-week temp-to-perm opportunity

Weekly pay while working on a temporary basis

4 on, 4 off shift pattern - 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off

12-hour shifts - 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am

What will you be doing? You'll be part of the packing team responsible for preparing finished products for distribution, ensuring everything is handled safely and packed to the required standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Packing finished products directly from the production line

Using overhead cranes to assist with the safe handling and packing of products

Wrapping and securing products to ensure they're protected during transportation

Preparing orders for dispatch and making sure products are ready for delivery

Checking product quality and spotting any damage or issues before dispatch

Keeping the packing area organised and maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Working as part of a team to meet production targets and keep everything moving smoothly

You don't need previous packing or manufacturing experience. If you've worked in a warehouse, factory, production or packing environment before, that's a bonus, but we're just as interested in people with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
