Product Support Assistant - Telecom and Networking

A leading global company is looking for a Junior Product Engineer / Assistant to support the Product Manager in the development, evaluation, and monitoring of technology products and solutions, mainly for the telecommunications sector. This position combines technical knowledge, product analysis, solution support, project monitoring, and client contact, so we are looking for a profile with a technical background, interest in technology, and ease of communication and working with different areas.

Zone: Ladrón Guevara, Guadalajara Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the development and dimensioning of technical solutions, performing basic calculations.
• Prepare technical-commercial documentation: presentations, technical data sheets, and comparisons.
• Follow up with clients and internal areas to gather information and address requirements.
• Participate in meetings and technical visits with clients, supporting demonstrations, installations, testing, and training.
• Keep product and project documentation updated and organized.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Availability to travel nationally for technical visits, installations, testing, commissioning, and training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Electronics, Telecommunications, Administration
• Intermediate – Advanced English.
• Experience in administrative activities, customer service, project monitoring, or commercial support.
• Basic knowledge in electronics, telecommunications, or technological infrastructure.
• Interest in developing in the areas of Product, Technological Solutions, or Product Management.
• Intermediate level Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to travel occasionally at a national level.
