About the Role: As a People Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an excellent end-to-end service within the People Services team. Your responsibilities will include: Onboarding & Offboarding : Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that pre-employment checks-including right to work, qualifications, and references completed efficiently. You will also assist with offboarding processes to guarantee a positive experience for departing employees. Lifecycle Processes : Handle a range of life cycle processes, including internal appointments, secondments, and family leave cases. Respond to day-to-day queries received through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective communication. Collaboration & Support : Engage with candidates and hiring managers to provide guidance on best practises throughout the onboarding journey. Your proactive approach will help maintain a supportive and efficient employee experience. Tracking & Reporting : Utilise the applicant tracking system to manage onboarding workflows and generate reports to keep your workload organised and meet deadlines. The Ideal Candidate: Our client is looking for a driven and self-motivated individual who possesses: Excellent Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Organisational Skills : Resilience and the capacity to prioritise a busy workload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met. Technical Proficiency : Experience with MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and ticketing systems is essential. Flexibility: A willingness to travel to different locations as necessary and to support fellow team members.
