The Adecco agency in Vitrolles is looking for an Industrial Batch Management Manager M/F for its client specializing in the aeronautics field, Airbus Helicopters, located in Marignane (13700).

As an Industrial Batch Management Manager M/F, you will be responsible for the monitoring and coordination of mechanical parts and assemblies throughout their development and production cycle, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives.

Your missions:

• Manage a portfolio of mechanical parts and assemblies from design to production.
• Ensure coordination between the Bureau d'Études, Methods, Quality, Supply Chain teams, and suppliers.
• Monitor the progress of activities and identify risks that could impact deadlines or industrial performance.
• Lead management meetings and coordinate associated actions.
• Manage technical and logistical interfaces between the different stakeholders.
• Participate in the resolution of technical, industrial, and supply issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of industrial performance and the monitoring of project indicators.

• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Supply Chain, or equivalent, you have significant experience in an industrial environment, ideally aeronautics.
• You possess solid knowledge in the manufacturing of mechanical parts, assembly, industrial production, and supply chain.
• You are comfortable with cross-functional project management and the coordination of multiple internal and external interlocutors.
• Proficiency in SAP is appreciated. You use collaborative tools such as Google Suite on a daily basis.
• Fluent English required, both for participating in and leading meetings in an international context.
• Expected qualities: cross-functional leadership, organizational skills, rigor, analytical capacity, interpersonal skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously.
