Adecco is currently hiring several full-time General Laborers as packaging associates within a fast-paced manufacturing environment for our client in Brampton, ON. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring finished products are accurately inspected, packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Package finished products according to established specifications and customer requirements.
• Inspect materials for defects and promptly report quality concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Prioritize packaging activities based on production schedules and shipping deadlines.
• Verify and document product measurements, specifications, weights, and quantities.
• Ensure order counts and packaging details are accurate before shipment.
• Complete required production, packaging, and inventory records.
• Generate and apply product labels and shipping documentation using company systems.
• Maintain compliance with all quality standards, procedures, and operational requirements.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to assemble and prepare shipping skids and packaging materials.
• Assist in training and supporting new team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all workplace health and safety regulations, company policies, and safe work practices

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging, warehousing, shipping, receiving, or a related production environment.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
