Adecco is currently recruiting for a Maison Host to join a prestigious luxury jewelry and watch boutique in Downtown Toronto.

Your tasks

Deliver an Exceptional Luxury Client Experience

• Welcome clients and guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner
• Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors entering the boutique
• Confirm appointments and escort clients to their designated Sales Associate
• Provide information about the boutique, products, and services while ensuring a seamless client journey
• Maintain a polished and professional presence that reflects the prestige of the brand

Guest Reception & Concierge Services

• Coordinate guest arrivals and manage showroom traffic flow
• Direct clients to the appropriate Sales Associate or Manager
• Offer and facilitate premium beverage service for boutique guests
• Anticipate client needs and ensure every visitor receives personalized attention

Customer Service & Communications

• Manage inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding boutique services, operating hours, appointments, and repair processes
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a luxury service standard

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities

• Uphold all boutique, corporate, and client experience protocols
• Ensure compliance with established service standards and customer e
