EHS Specialist (F/M)

Daily tasks

• Deliver mandatory EHS (BHP) training for new joiners; maintain training records and EHS documentation.
• Procure EHS equipment: PPE, workwear, safety shoes, fire safety equipment.
• Carry out regular audits and site inspections; follow up on corrective actions.
• Handle inspections and reporting to authorities (e.g. PIP, PSP, Sanepid).
• Investigate and report incidents and accidents.
• Manage the employer's liability insurance.

Requirements

• Qualifications to act as BHP specialist under Polish law.
• At least 2 years' EHS experience in a warehouse, logistics or industrial site.
• Knowledge of fire safety and environmental regulations.
• Experience in dealing with authorities and incident investigations.
• Polish fluent; English at communicative level (B1+).
