North West England | Hybrid Working | 3-6 Month Interim Contract

We're delighted to be partnering with a respected organisation in the housing sector to recruit an experienced Data & Systems Manager on an initial 3-6 month interim contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right individual.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Systems professional to lead a People Systems & Data function, managing a small team whilst driving systems optimisation, process improvement, reporting capability and data integrity across a complex organisation.

The Role

Reporting into the People leadership team, you will:

• Lead and develop a team responsible for People Systems and Data services.
• Drive the effective use, development and optimisation of the organisation's HCM platform.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and quality of people data across the business.
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT and the wider business to improve systems capability and automate processes.
• Deliver insightful people reporting and management information to support decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Essential Oracle HCM experience.
• Strong HR/People Systems leadership experience within a large and complex organisation.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong data, reporting and analytical capability.
• Experience driving systems improvements, automation and service enhancements.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to quickly add value.
