Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and safety-focused Reach Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate for our client's distribution centre. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience operating reach trucks and other material handling equipment.
As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
- Follow warehouse procedures and work instructions to maintain inventory and location accuracy.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead.
- Complete warehouse documentation, including pick sheets, manifests, shipping records, and unload lists.
- Load and unload products manually and with material handling equipment.
- Perform order checking, labeling, staging, and inventory movement activities.
- Use RF scanners, computers, scales, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Support compliance with ISO, GMP, GxP, and other regulatory requirements as applicable.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide support to less experienced employees when needed.
- Follow all health, safety, security, and housekeeping procedures.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
- Valid forklift certification is required.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
