Import/Export Coordinator (m/f) (M/F)

The Adecco Recruitment CDD/CDI agency is recruiting for its client, an international industrial player, an Import-Export Coordinator M/F on a CDI basis. Within the Logistics department, you will play a central role in managing international flows. Acting as a true interface between clients, internal teams, carriers, and customs administrations, you will ensure the proper execution of import and export operations, while respecting deadlines, costs, and regulations.

You will take charge of the entire import-export flow coordination process:

• Analyze requests and define the most suitable routing solutions according to urgency, costs, regulatory constraints, and market situations
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor transport, deliveries, and shipments
• Develop and update schedules with carriers, clients, and various internal departments
• Control transport documents and ensure delivery follow-up
• Evaluate carrier performance and monitor key activity indicators
• Prepare and manage import/export customs files, in compliance with current regulations
• Establish and control customs declarations as well as the documents necessary for customs clearance
• Ensure the follow-up of declarations related to European flows and contribute to compliance with fiscal and customs obligations
• Prepare the administrative documents necessary for operations: packing lists, certificates and declarations of origin, invoices, proforma invoices, CMR, ATR, etc.
• Monitor transport costs, their allocation, and produce the necessary reporting
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to the analysis of transport costs
• Advise internal and external clients and provide solutions to problems encountered
• Negotiate with various stakeholders when adaptations are necessary

You will work in close collaboration with all company departments as well as with carriers, logistics providers, customs administrations, and various international partners.

You have significant experience in international transport, import-export, and/or customs, ideally acquired in an industrial environment.

You specifically master:

• Customs regulations
• Incoterms
• Different modes of transport and vehicle typologies
• Procedures related to import/export flows
• Principles of declaration for European flows

You are comfortable with IT tools, notably Excel, and ideally with ERP-type environments. Proficiency in English, at a minimum B2 level, is expected in order to communicate with various international stakeholders.

A certification meeting AEO requirements constitutes an important element of the profile: at least 3 years of experience in customs within a mandate and/or a recognized Bac+3 Customs Declarant License.
