LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert assessment firm for executives and leaders, is searching for its client for an HR DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING OFFICER M/F in CDI, in the RAMBERVILLERS sector.

Within the Human Resources department, you will manage training and actively contribute to the development of employee skills. In this capacity, your main missions are as follows:

  • Collect and analyze training needs from department heads, taking into account legal obligations, evolving professions, and the company's strategic challenges.
  • Develop the skills development plan and propose suitable training actions to managers and members of the CODIR.
  • Design and update internal training materials in collaboration with operational managers.
  • Deploy the validated training plan and ensure coordination with training organizations.
  • Guarantee the logistical, administrative, and regulatory management of training.
  • Ensure the monitoring of training-related funding (OPCO, specific schemes, etc.).
  • Prepare and present the skills development plan as well as the annual training report to the CSE.
  • Update reporting tools and dashboards for monitoring training activity.
  • Organize and participate in various HR events.
  • Contribute to the development of Quality of Life at Work.
  • Participate in the promotion of the employer brand through visibility actions: forums, trade fairs, afterworks, and other events dedicated to recruitment and the company's attractiveness.

Your profile.

  • Holder of higher education in Human Resources (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally acquired within a training department or a training organization.
  • You master professional training funding schemes (OPCO, CPF, skills development plan) as well as the monitoring of associated indicators.
  • You have good knowledge of professional training regulations.
  • You demonstrate a real interest in training engineering and skills development.
  • You are comfortable with IT tools, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP would be appreciated.
  • Proficiency in English is indispensable.
