Product Quality Assurance (M/F)

As part of its business development, our client is looking for a Product/Supplier Quality Assurance Analyst to guarantee product compliance and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes. You will work in a demanding and stimulating environment, collaborating with quality, production, supply chain, and supplier teams.

Your missions. Within the Quality department, you will notably be responsible for:

• Managing and ensuring the processing of customer and supplier non-conformities within the required deadlines.
• Managing root cause analyses and associated action plans through internal and supplier 8D reports.
• Preparing requests for deviations or concessions for customers when necessary.
• Collaborating closely with Quality Control teams to ensure the closure of supplier non-conformity files.
• Guaranteeing the proper management and monitoring of segregation areas for non-conforming products.
• Actively participating in the continuous improvement of the quality system and the daily activities of the department.

Your profile.

• Higher education (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in quality, mechanics, industrial engineering, or aeronautics.
• First successful experience in an industrial or quality environment (minimum 1 year).
• Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of quality standards, ideally AS9100.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office office tools.
• Knowledge of an ERP is appreciated.
• Intermediate English level allowing for communication in a professional context.
