Job Description: Adecco Massy, permanent recruitment division is looking for a Logistics Procurement Officer M/F with a B1 English level €28,000 gross annual salary We are looking for a Logistics Procurement Officer to join our team and contribute to the performance of our supply chain. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will ensure:

FUNCTIONS

• Takes charge of the physical and IT management of stock according to the established policy, optimizes storage space and stock levels, hunts for waste, and is involved in the continuous improvement process.
• Guarantees the timely availability of components necessary for the execution of the production plan.
• Analyzes procurement needs and ensures the proper execution of incoming orders with a customer satisfaction mindset.

MISSIONS Procurement

• Application of purchasing processes and logistics strategy.
• Proposal of purchase orders based on production plan needs and trading orders.
• Management and monitoring of ongoing supplier orders.
• Supplier follow-ups and internal alerts in case of discrepancies.

Stock Management

• Guarantor of stock level accuracy by ensuring proper IT and physical stock maintenance.
• Physical management of the warehouse and searching for layout optimization.
• Carrying out cycle counts.

Receipts and Shipments

• Physical and IT receipt of deliveries.
• Quantitative and qualitative control of receipts.
• Shelving of stocked items.
• Packaging and making products available for shipment.

Picking

• Gathering components necessary for manufacturing orders.
• Improvement of picking routes.

What we offer Permanent contract (CDI) Remuneration: €28,000 gross annual salary, 35h contract, with 36.5 actual working hours compensated by 10 RTT days

• There is a €9 transport reimbursement, of which €5 is covered by the employer

Profile Description: REQUIRED PROFILE Education: Bac +2/3 in logistics, ideally a Licence Professionnelle. Experience in logistics, flow management, and stock management. Proficiency in office software (MS Office) and an ERP such as Sage. Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export rules. Knowledge of workplace safety rules. Interest in new technologies, the scientific industry, and challenges. * Professional English, written and spoken (B2) Soft skills: versatility, adaptability, organization, anticipation, efficiency, diligence, rigor, and reactivity.
