Charterer (M/F)

Job Description:

Adecco Mougins is looking for 1 experienced charterer (M/F) for one of its clients based in Mougins and specializing in transport and logistics.

The main missions that will be entrusted to you are:

• Manage a client portfolio by proposing commercial solutions adapted to their requests.
• Organize transport, define costs, and generate a margin.
• Identify suitable transport solutions while guaranteeing quality, deadline, and profitability.
• Manage and produce transport confirmations, ensure the follow-up of documents and transport activities.
• Control and monitor the services of subcontractors according to the terms defined in the contracts.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze the performance of the assigned scope.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement actions.

Profile Description:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in chartering or transport operations.

Technical Skills:

mastery of margin/purchasing, geographical knowledge of Europe, transport management.

Languages:

fluent English written/oral.

Soft skills:

autonomy, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, reactivity.

Salary according to experience.
