Assistant ADV Export (m/f) (M/F)

We are looking for our client, in the industrial sector:

an ASSISTANT ADV Export M/F

Your missions:

• Ensure order management. Register and track orders to enable deliveries compliant with customer needs using all necessary means and in compliance with current rules (production, transport, freight forwarders, customs, triangular trade, etc.).
• Guide and support internally with sales representatives or project teams and externally with customers through contract review. Contribute to good relations with direct customers in order to take their needs into account and provide the desired service through good commercial relations (responding to deadline requests, providing information in case of delay, etc.).
• Anticipate unpaid invoices and resolve billing disputes. If necessary, handle transport disputes (shipments, returns, and customer claims) or billing disputes with customers. Ensure customer follow-ups within the framework of debt collection and carry out all necessary actions to avoid unpaid invoices (compliance with customer credit limits). Be vigilant regarding sensitive customer orders and penalties.
• Prepare documentary sets for all orders.
• Guarantee invoicing according to the Incoterm and the completeness of order files.
• Contribute to the good organization of the department, ensure the link with different teams, and provide cover depending on unforeseen events, with the objective of customer satisfaction. Conduct activities in compliance with quality, safety, cost, deadline, and environment standards. Participate in continuous improvement within the department and make proposals to this end.

Training: Bac + 2 type BTS Commerce International or specialized in Supply Chain You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment You master customs regulations and incoterms You are recognized for your reactivity, your ability to propose solutions, and your interpersonal skills You are comfortable with ERPs and master Excel software You communicate easily in English

We offer you: Temporary mission to be filled as soon as possible for 6 months Position based in Bordeaux Nord Hours: 35h per week Remuneration: according to your profile
