On behalf of Thermo Fisher Scientific, Adecco is now seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for an exciting full-time assignment with a planned start in December. About the role As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will become an important part of the customer service organization and be responsible for ensuring a professional and smooth customer experience throughout the entire order and delivery process.

You will function as a central contact point for customers, internal teams, and other partners. The role is suitable for you who enjoy combining customer contact, administration, problem-solving, and collaboration – and who are motivated by creating structure and high quality in daily work.

You will work closely with, among others, sales, logistics, and finance, and contribute to both good customer relations and efficient internal processes.

You will be employed as a consultant via Adecco and get the opportunity to work at Thermo Fisher Scientific – a global and world-leading company in science and research. The assignment starts in December and is expected to last 8 months forward, with a chance for extension.

The role is full-time and offers a flexible hybrid work model, where you get the opportunity to combine working from home with working at the office.

Your main tasks

Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone and email Register, administer, and follow up on customer orders Prepare and manage quotations Ensure that customer and order information is correct and up-to-date Follow up on deliveries and handle any deviations Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and other internal functions Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to more efficient customer service processes Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional conduct

We are looking for you who

To succeed in the role, we would prefer that you have:

High school education or equivalent At least one year of experience in customer service, order administration, or similar Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Practical experience working in SAP (requirement) Experience of order management and order registration in business systems A structured and meticulous way of working Strong sense of service and good communication skills Ability to work both independently and together with others Interest in solving problems and creating good customer experiences

It is meritorious if you have

Experience with ERP systems, for example SAP or Oracle Experience with CRM systems Knowledge of additional European languages Experience from an international organization or Shared Service Center
