Project Deployment Leader

On behalf of our client, Adecco is now seeking a Projectkoordinator / Project Manager for a consulting assignment centrally located in Stockholm, to cover parental leave within the team.

You will become part of a global and dynamic team where the hiring manager leads an organization of 17 employees. The majority of the team is based in Stockholm, but you will also work closely with colleagues in, among other things, Turkey, Switzerland, and other international markets. The company operates in over 80 markets worldwide, which creates an exciting and developing work environment with international contact points. The working language is English, and you therefore need to feel very comfortable communicating professionally in English, both orally and in writing.

About the role In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving product-related projects through the entire process, from planning to launch and implementation. You will ensure that projects are delivered according to set timelines, quality requirements, and business goals. Your main tasks include:

• Planning, executing, and driving product projects within several product categories according to established project processes and working methods.
• Coordinating product launches, product maintenance, as well as activities related to changes in suppliers and production sources.
• Collaborating with functions such as Supply Chain, Purchasing, Marketing, Quality, and Production to ensure successful product launches.
• Ensuring good product availability, minimizing waste, and optimizing costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicating and coordinating project activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Following up on project status, identifying risks, and driving solutions to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensuring that product specifications and documentation are completed in time for production and launch.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a university degree in a relevant field.
• Has at least three years of experience in project management, project coordination, and/or Supply Chain.
• Has experience working in international organizations with many stakeholders.
• Communicates fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
• Has good system proficiency and experience handling large datasets.
• Has worked with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or similar processes.
• Is skilled in stakeholder management and has experience handling complex situations and changes.
• Has very good communication skills and finds it easy to build relationships.
• Thrives in a changing environment where many activities take place in parallel.
• Is self-driven, solution-oriented, and takes great ownership of your work.
• Is used to managing a large number of activities and projects simultaneously, often in different phases and with shifting priorities.
