Accounts Receivable Analyst - Miraflores/Full Payroll

A company in the consumer goods sector is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst, with experience in collections, balance reconciliation, and client portfolio monitoring, mainly from the Retail channel.

What we are looking for in you:

• Bachelor's degree or graduated in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or related careers.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or client reconciliations.
• Indispensable experience with Retail clients.
• Proficiency in SAP at a user level.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel.
• Intermediate or advanced English (communication and writing)

Main functions:

• Manage and monitor the accounts receivable portfolio.
• Perform collections and follow up on pending and overdue balances.
• Prepare aging reports, collections, and recovery projections.
• Reconcile balances with Retail clients, identifying differences due to payments, discounts, credit notes, returns, or claims.
• Coordinate with commercial, sales, logistics, and finance areas to regularize pending items.
• Apply collections and record differences in SAP.
• Provide timely alerts regarding uncollectibility risks or significant delays in portfolio recovery.
• Provide support in monthly closings related to accounts receivable.
