The Opportunity
Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Regional Wealth Marketing Executive (Up to 8.7k | Bank) Starts off as a 9 months contract
Job Responsibilities
Regional Brand & Creative Governance
- Manage regional brand campaigns and creative adaptations across multiple Asian markets.
- Coordinate campaign localisation for websites, EDMs, digital display, social media, and video assets.
- Ensure compliance with and Group Brand guidelines across all markets.
- Maintain and update brand toolkits, campaign assets, and CI guidelines.
- Review and approve local market adaptations to ensure brand consistency.
- Work with agencies and market teams on creative development and deployment.
Singapore Brand & Communications
- Lead planning and execution of Singapore marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Develop campaign strategies, target audience plans, KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage campaign creatives, landing pages, EDMs, social content, digital advertising, and client communications.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and production agencies to deliver campaigns on schedule.
- Support development and review of marketing collateral, sales materials, and client-facing communications.
- Manage stakeholder and compliance approvals throughout campaign lifecycles.
Wealth Planning Marketing
- Support the development and delivery of the annual Wealth Planning / Family Office publication.
- Manage content production, research coordination, vendor engagement, translations, and publication launches.
- Drive amplification campaigns across digital, social, publisher, and owned platforms.
- Coordinate campaign localisation across markets and languages.
- Manage agency partners, content creators, publishers, and internal stakeholders.
Campaign Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyse performance of regional and Singapore marketing campaigns.
- Consolidate campaign results across markets and channels.
- Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and end-of-campaign reports.
- Prepare management presentations and stakeholder updates.
- Provide performance insights and campaign optimisation recommendations.
- Support brand health and campaign effectiveness tracking initiatives
Campaign Budget & Procurement Management
- Manage campaign budgets from planning through reconciliation.
- Track marketing spend, forecasts, commitments, and actual expenses.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, procurement activities, and contract management.
- Create purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and secure approval workflows.
- Review invoices, validate deliverables, and support payment processing.
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Risk, Legal & Compliance, and external vendors to ensure governance requirements are met.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, campaign management, or integrated communications.
- Experience managing regional marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
- Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, private banking, or luxury/premium brands will be advantageous.
- Proven experience working with creative and media agencies.
- Experience managing budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong campaign management and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Strong writing, content development, and presentation skills.
- Experience across digital marketing channels, including websites, EDMs, social media, display advertising, and paid media.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience navigating governance, compliance, and approval processes.
- Familiarity with marketing reporting tools, campaign tracking, and analytics platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within wealth management, private banking, or high-net-worth client segments.
- Experience managing multilingual and multi-market campaigns across Asia.
- Knowledge of procurement and finance processes, including purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice management.
- Experience managing publication launches, research projects, or thought leadership campaigns.
