System Reliability Engineer

Role & Responsibilities :  Scope: ·      Provide L2/L3 production support for critical trading platforms, including incident management, troubleshooting, RCA and post-incident reviews. ·      Monitor platform availability and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Geneos and Open Telemetry , while driving automation and resilience improvements. ·      Manage application releases, infrastructure changes, patching, CI/CD, cloud and containerised environments including Kubernetes/Docker. Requirements: ·      Proven experience in Production Support, SRE or DevOps within Trading or Financial Services, with knowledge of trade lifecycle and financial products such as FX. ·      Strong technical skills in Linux/Unix, SQL, Shell Scripting and Python/Java . ·      Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Geneos and/or Open Telemetry for monitoring and observability. ·      Experience with Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD pipelines , with strong understanding of Agile and SDLC practices.
