Senior Production Planner (Packaging Manufacturing)

The Opportunity: Adecco is partnering with an established packaging manufacturing company in Singapore to hire a Senior Production Planner . The role oversees production scheduling and resource planning, working closely with operational teams to meet delivery commitments and improve manufacturing efficiency. Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Location: West Region Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with an early start at 7:30am Salary Package: Up to S$6,000 + Allowances + AWS + Performance Bonus

The Job: Plan and prioritise production schedules across multiple products to meet demand and delivery timelines. Assess material, equipment and manpower requirements against available production capacity. Coordinate workflow and manpower allocation with production teams to support efficient execution. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address shortages, delays and operational disruptions. Collaborate with quality and warehouse teams to ensure product readiness and smooth order fulfilment. Track production output and quality data, prepare performance reports and maintain accurate planning records. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resource utilisation and production efficiency. The Talent: Diploma or higher qualification. Minimum 5 years of relevant production planning experience within manufacturing. Strong knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning and resource allocation. Prior leadership or people management experience. Working knowledge of manufacturing costing, internal auditing and operational improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
