Your Role
As a Recruitment Researcher, you will support the hiring team by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential candidates. You will play a key role in developing talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market research, and industry insights. Working closely with recruiters, you will help match the right talent to the right roles using job boards, social media, and alternative sourcing methods—ensuring a steady flow of quality candidates and an efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to shortlist candidates for open positions.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines, including for niche and hard-to-fill skill sets.
- Support hiring projects such as resume mining, market mapping, and sourcing strategy development (via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques).
- Manage interview scheduling and maintain clear, timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Act as an ambassador of the company’s culture, ensuring positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support additional ad-hoc recruitment tasks as required.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing within a high-volume recruitment environment (agency or in-house).
- Proven experience using research and sourcing tools such as Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
