The Opportunity Opportunity to work for one of the leading financial service providers and insurance company Great exposure to learn about banking products and services domain Location at Pasir Panjang The Job Distribution Channel Compensation Manage ad hoc payment requests Ensure all payments are processed accurately and delivered within stipulated timelines Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Develop and automate working templates and reports using VBA and Microsoft Excel Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related queries and issues Participate in projects & UAT as required. Distributor Requests Key person in charge for processing Income statement requests from Distributors within SLA. Deliver on ad hoc tasks when assigned. The Talent Min 2 years of relevant working experience in Insurance industry Proven experience in finance payment operations and the automation of payment-related processes using Excel VBA is highly advantagous.
