Operations Specialist (LC / Food Manufacturing)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an international food trading company and we are hiring for an Operations Executive . The role will support end-to-end trading operations, including shipment coordination, import and export documentation, contract preparation and invoicing.

• Full-time, permanent opportunity
• Work location: Central region
• Work Days: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm

The Job:

• Coordinate loading and shipment schedules with internal teams, suppliers, customers and logistics service providers
• Handle a full set of import and export shipping documents
• Support Letter of Credit processing, including reviewing LC terms, preparing the required documents and ensuring compliance with stipulated conditions
• Prepare purchase and sales contracts
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate transaction records
• Perform data entry and issue invoices through the ERP system
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up on documentation or operational issues

The Talent:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination, shipping coordination or trading operations
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and international shipping processes
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit processing would be advantageous
• Detail-oriented, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
