Operations Executive (FMCG, Logistics)

The Opportunity: Adecco is partnering with an international food trading company and we are hiring for an Operations Executive . The role will support end-to-end trading operations, including shipment coordination, import and export documentation, contract preparation and invoicing. Full-time, permanent opportunity Work location: Central region Work Days: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm The Job: Coordinate loading and shipment schedules with internal teams, suppliers, customers and logistics service providers Handle a full set of import and export shipping documents Support Letter of Credit processing, including reviewing LC terms, preparing the required documents and ensuring compliance with stipulated conditions Prepare purchase and sales contracts Process sales orders and maintain accurate transaction records Perform data entry and issue invoices through the ERP system Monitor shipment progress and follow up on documentation or operational issues The Talent: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination, shipping coordination or trading operations Familiarity with import/export documentation and international shipping processes Knowledge of Letter of Credit processing would be advantageous Detail-oriented, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities Next Steps: Prepare your updated resume and apply via this application or send your resume in MS Word format to  vanessa.lew@adecco.com .
