Job Summary Seeking a Kitchen & Laboratory Assistant to support Nutrition and Food Science practical lessons and examinations. The role involves preparing equipment and ingredients, maintaining kitchen inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the training kitchens. Responsibilities Maintain and organize training kitchens and equipment. Prepare kitchen appliances, tools, and ingredients for practical lessons and examinations. Support Nutrition and Food Science classes and assessments. Maintain inventory records and track kitchen assets. Ensure kitchen equipment is properly stored and maintained. Perform general office duties during school holidays. Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
