IT Project / Operations Manager

Role Description: Role & Responsibilities :  Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather user requirements and deliver effective solutions. Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendors to propose technical solutions and define relevant KPIs. Manage projects and changes to ensure solutions meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements. Manage operations, maintenance, compliance and renewal of IT systems to support the operations. Review and enhance business and IT processes as part of continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: ·      Demonstrated knowledge of Networking, System Administration and Cybersecurity. ·      Experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems management or project management. ·      Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, coordination and stakeholder management.
