Working Days : Mon to Fri , Alt Sat Location: Bukit Batok Company Transport Provided The Job: Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure work is completed efficiently. Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational targets. Train and support new team members. Liaise with customers to resolve operational issues. Plan to meet daily workload and customer requirements. Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies. Ensure all inbound and outbound activities meet KPIs. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Monitor staff performance and recommend improvements. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes. Prepare basic operational reports. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor The Talent: Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Level. At least 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word). Good spoken and written English. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
