Freight Operations Executive (Urgent/Up to $3,000)

The Opportunity

Office Hours

The Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day air freight operations and ensure shipments are processed in a timely manner.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation according to operational requirements.
• Coordinate shipment bookings and transportation arrangements with relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, airlines, and internal departments on shipment matters.
• Track cargo movement and provide shipment updates when required.
• Support the resolution of operational issues to facilitate smooth cargo delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is properly filed.

The Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in air freight, freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of air cargo procedures and freight documentation would be beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
